Working with innovative micro-businesses through our incubator programme

At this year's Co-op Trade Briefing, Rebecca Oliver-Mooney (Head of Category, Dairy and Frozen) for a new incubator programme which will see us search for and support innovative and exciting small-scale enterprises that help us 'co-operate for a fairer world'.

The programme will launch in 2022 and will build deep relationships with potential new suppliers helping us drive innovation, range diversity and agility.

We hope to see the first phase of the scheme help us partner with a dozen small businesses, where mutual benefit will be gained from both parties.

Business partners will benefit from a dedicated package of support including: mentoring, advice on product design, industry and consumer insight, workshops, technical hints and tips and, access to our Buyers.

We'll benefit from the rich diversity of small businesses whose ideas will help us embolden our attitude of innovation as well as the extended network of businesses we work with.
