The Groceries Code Adjudicator (GCA) has launched its annual survey and seeks the views of suppliers to Co-op.
It really is invaluable to us as a retailer to be able to use the feedback that you provide to improve our processes and ways of working with you.
The survey is your opportunity as a supplier to report to the GCA on your experience with Co-op and other designated retailers and how we comply with the Groceries Supply Code of Practice (GSCOP).
As ever, the survey is being conducted by YouGov and all information submitted will be kept strictly confidential.
The 2022 survey showed that the inflationary pressure being felt by the sector had weakened the relationship between Retailers and suppliers. The 2023 results will show whether these relationships have improved or worsened and identify any areas where Retailers need to focus action.
The survey will be open to gathering responses for a six week period until Sunday 26 February 2023, with the results published later this year on the GCA website and in their newsletter.
The GCA will also commission YouGov to conduct anonymous follow-up interviews with a select group of respondents to explore supplier concerns in more detail. If you would like to take part, please provide your consent and contact details at the end of the survey.
We’re looking forward to reading the results.
