Fresh Rewards for our Nisa retail partners



We've launched a new scheme for Nisa retail partners called Fresh Rewards.


Fresh Rewards is built-on simplicity and fairness – the more partners spend, the more they can earn. The rebate scheme gives partners the opportunity to receive a rebate based on the value of their weekly order.


Starting at 1% from £4,000 spend per week, partners can earn up to 4% rebate by spending £12,000 or more on qualifying products – a lower threshold than our wholesale competitors.


As well as rewarding partners based on their weekly order value, partners will get a rebate for stocking Co-op own brand products. Partners can earn up to 0.5% extra rebate when they purchase a qualifying number of Co-op own-brand SKUs over a 13-week period. An additional 1% rebate is also available for a Nisa fascia stores.


Fresh Rewards will also make it easy for retailers to track price performance against the market so we can be clear about the value of us working together to grow their business.


Partners will benefit from reduced charges, too. Areas they previously paid for (like marketing, membership levies and the annual exhibition fee) have been removed, saving retail partners at least £600 per year.


This is just one example of how we’re helping Nisa partners grow their businesses with us. Last month we launched our Fresh Thinking proposition to our partners, giving them access to retail expertise and helping them continually evolve their customer experience. We also invested in price for partners, buoying the competitiveness of our offer – we’re already cheaper than key competitors on over 3,000 lines.


Suppliers can rest assured that Nisa partners will be offered the support they need to grow their business, giving suppliers the opportunity to increase their volume through our wholesale business.
