We're making some improvements to Co-op Connect. Please see below for details of the latest enhancements.

Changes to layer and pallet quantities via Co-op Connect


What's happening?

Currently vendors set up the quantity of sleeves or 'eaches' to a pallet during article set up. An update has been made to allow you as a supplier to make your own changes to layer and pallet quantities.


What will this mean for me as a Co-op Connect user?

This update means you can make amendments yourself, and is more efficient for both suppliers and Co-op users.


What do I need to do? 

If you need to make a quantity amend for sleeves or eaches to a pallet for an article, from the live date shown below you must now directly amend the quantities in Co-op Connect.  


When will this change go live?

You'll be able to utilise this new functionality from Monday 18 March 2024.


Changes to the way you view documents in Co-op Connect


What's happening?

You’ll be able to view all your documents in the My Documents drop down of the Document & Reports section in Co-op Connect. You’ll still have the search filters available to narrow down your search, but they’ll be visible as soon as your enter the page.


What'll this mean for me as a Co-op Connect user?

It'll be easier to find your documents, including historical documents that may have previously been difficult to locate without details of the date it was uploaded.


What do I need to do? 

Follow the directions above and enjoy a more straightforward experience using the system.


When will this change go live?

You'll be able to utilise this new functionality from Monday 18 March 2024.
