What’s happening?
The Co-op AS2 EDI certificate, which is currently in use for UAT and LIVE environments, will expire in the coming weeks. Suppliers will need to update their own EDI certificate to align with this change to the EDI certificates that Co-op use.
In order to ensure a smooth transition for LIVE AS2 EDI suppliers, Co-op will approve the new certificate (for production only) from 15 February 2024 at 11:00 which can be viewed using the links below. You will need to use the details in this new certificate to update your own EDI systems.
This message has been communicated to your EDI contacts and appropriate software providers. If you are an Account Manager, please check that your EDI colleagues have received and actioned this message.
What is the impact to suppliers?
You’ll need to make a change within your EDI operations to update the certificate, as otherwise you will no longer be able to continue sending and receiving EDI files from Co-op.
If you do not make the change, EDI orders will not be transmitted from 14 March 2024.
What do I need to do?
In order to continue sending and receiving EDI files to and from Co-op we’ll need you to do one of the following:

You must complete this certificate update between 15 February 2024 at 11:00 and 14 March 2024 at 10:00 and notify Co-op that you have done so.
Certificates can be found here:
